Dear Carlos, Thanks for your inquiry. The maximum room capacity is 4 guests in 1 room including children and infants and 2 rooms will be required for a group of 5 guests. Pleas book it for a party of 5 guests. All the reservations are subject to final confirmation, usually it takes us 1-2 days to get the confirmation status after receiving reservation and full payment. We will try to arrange the most convenient pickup location for you based on where you will be coming from, but note that as the pickup locations available will be out of major Phoenix area hotels, you can expect to travel 1 hour at least to join the tour out of the designated pickup location for your reservation.
